Return and refund of a product are possible if:
- A customer received the wrong item BY MISTAKE FROM OUR SIDE.
- A customer received an item with a defect.
- A customer received an item of another color BY MISTAKE FROM OUR SIDE.
A customer will have to inform us about the issues and provide photos as confirmation within three days after receiving a product to [email protected] after that our concern department will do first inspection and if the defect is being detected the customer should send us back the item. Alma de Amor will be responsible for shipping cost and taxes.
Return is impossible in any case if:
- The product was used
- The product was customized
- It involves panties (for hygiene reasons, a customer can’t return bottom part of lingerie such as panties)
- If it has an inappropriate fit size
- The item was on sale
Exchange of a product is possible if:
- A customer received the wrong item BY MISTAKE FROM OUR SIDE
- A customer received an item with a defect
- A customer received an item of another color BY MISTAKE FROM OUR SIDE
- A customer received a wrong size by his/her mistake. Panties and bottom part of lingerie can not be exchanged due to hygeine reason
Exchange is impossible in any case if:
- The product was used

- It involves panties (for hygiene reasons, a customer can’t return bottom part of lingerie such as panties)
- The item was on sale
