HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Our sizes correspond to clothing sizes, so be guided by our size charts. Measurements need to be done on a naked body. If you doubt the chosen size, write us your measurements, and we will assist you with that.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you use the express delivery option the order should be canceled before we handed it over to the courier service

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, via Paypal, Cash on Delivery (COD) and Tabby.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

All Alma de Amor leather accessories are made from high-quality genuine leather. We use stainless steel for details to make sure it last longer and you have an amazaing experience with us

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SIZES?

Yes, we do! You can message our Customer Service team specifying your personal measurements. The production tome and shipping will take up to 4 weeks

IS YOUR PACKAGING DISCREET?

Yes, our parcels are sent in packaging with a logo, but without specification of the goods, in order to preserve the confidentiality of your order.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF A PRODUCT?

1. Products manufactured from genuine leather need to be stored in dark places.

2. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading and loss of color.

3. We do recommend to store the accessories on hanger to avoid deformation.

4. Use a cotton pads to clean the product up if needed or leather care products.

5. Avoid any contact with water and chemicals, if contacted water dried them up with a cotton cloth.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship everywhere around the world*, offering express shipping by DHL Express for all orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. Alma de Amor will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Delivery within the UAE will be AED30 for shipping. Our international shipping is handled through Express DHL Delivery or Time express Delivery, the price may vary on the destination country. It costs around 35$, and a FREE Express shipping option is available for all customers whose fulfilled order value is above AED 1000/ $275

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery company DHL Express currently takes 5-11 business days depending on your location. Time express delivery will take around 6-10 business days

Next day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in the UAE before 3PM.

*Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends and Ramadan.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.

If the wrong delivery address is provided, Chic Le Frique cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES?

Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Return and refund of a product is possible if:

  • A customer received the wrong item.
  • A customer received an item with a defect.
  • A customer received an item of another color.
  • A customer will have to inform us about the issues and provide photos as confirmation within three days after receiving a product.
  • A customer will have to send us the pictures to prove the defect of the items, after that our concern department will do first inspection and if the defect is being detected the customer should send us back the item

Return is impossible in any cases if

  • The product was used
  • The product was customized
  • It involves panties (for hygiene reasons, a customer can’t return the bottom part of lingerie such as panties)
  • If it has an inappropriate fit size
  • The item was on sale

Exchange of a product is possible if:

  • A customer received the wrong item.
  • A customer received an item with a defect.
  • A customer received an item of another color.
  • A customer received a wrong size by his/her mistake. Panties and bottom part of lingerie can not be exchanged due to hygeine reason

Exchange is impossible in any cases if

  • The product was used
  • The product was customized
  • It involves panties (for hygiene reasons, a customer can’t return bottom part of lingerie such as panties)
  • The item was on sale
