Alma de Amor will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Delivery within the UAE will be AED20 for shipping. Our international shipping is handled through Express DHL Delivery, the price may vary on the destination country. It costs around 25$, and a FREE Express shipping option is available for all customers whose fulfilled order value is above AED 1000/ $275.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery company DHL Express currently takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Next day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in the UAE before 2PM.
- *Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends and Ramadan.
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.
